By using the Kempsey Tourist Village website for information or booking you are accepting the following terms and conditions.

General

• Site/Cabin numbers may be requested but are NOT GUARANTEED. Management reserves the right to relocate or change site or cabin numbers when necessary after booking.
• THE RIGHT TO QUIET ENJOYMENT is offered to all our guests, your entertainment should not be audible to your neighbours. All noise is to cease by 10.00pm. DRUNKEN and OFFENSIVE behaviour and rowdy parties will not be tolerated and will be asked to leave without refund.
• Pets are allowed only in your own tent or caravan.  No pets are allowed in cabin accommodation at any time. The only exception is a guide dog.
• Early or late arrivals are by prior arrangement only.
• All park occupants are required to observe State and Local Laws applicable to the Park and the Park Rules.
• All guests must be 18 years of age or older, unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

Deposit & Cancellation Policy

• Deposits are a minimum of 50% up to 100% of the total booking, they are non-refundable or transferable, however, we can offer a credit for the stay to be redeemed within 12 months of the original booking so you can rebook for another time.
• All booked nights must be paid before or on arrival and is not refundable if your stay is cut short.
• Cancellations made within 7 days of the booking will receive no refund.
• Cancellations made within 21 days of the booking will receive no refund, however, please get in touch with us, as pending availability, our staff may be able to assist with rebooking the dates.
• Cancellations made outside 21 days from the booking will receive a 12 month return voucher, to be used outside of Christmas Holiday periods.
